Return Policy

We hope that you love your products from Kay Jay's! We also understand that sometimes items do not fit the way you liked. You may need to return the item(s). Any purchase is only eligible for STORE CREDIT only. Returns are eligible 7 days after receiving the item(s). Read ALL return requirements below.
We will only accept returns for store credit if item(s) are unworn, unwashed and undamaged TAGGED items purchased from Kay Jay's for store credit or same priced merchandise within 7 days of when tracking number shows delivery. 
We will go by when the tracking number says the item(s) is delivered not just by whenever you checked the mail.

Return Requirements & Conditions 
*Any items bought during a sale or marked final sales are FINAL & cannot be returned 
*Due to hygiene reasons, masks, swimwear, accessories, bodysuits & bralettes cannot be returned
*ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED
*Item(s) must have the original tag on them to be eligible for returns
*Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges
*Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please only use USPS, UPS or FedEx
Late Returns
*Sometimes we will accept late returns if the item(s) are in high demand (not guaranteed)
*If a late return is accepted there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit
Shoe Returns
*All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box undamaged and without postal labels on them
*If you are returning shoes they must be shipped in another package/box to protect the original shoe box
*If there are shipping stickers or labels on the box the return will not be accepted
Exchanges
*If you are exchanging, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways
*Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you want will be available for exchange. If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), please check and make sure the item/size is available for exchange.
*A store credit code will be sent to your email and you may use that to purchase the item you are needing
Making a Return
*Please make sure your order meets all the return criteria as stated above
*Email the email listed above with order number and reason for return to start return process
*Once your request is approved you will be sent a separate email with return instructions
  • We do not refund shipping charges
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for us to process your return and send your store credit. You will receive an online store credit code via email. This store credit will be sent to the original email your purchase was made on. You will use the store credit code at checkout.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item you MUST tell us within 2 days of receiving the item
  • Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your garment retains its original quality.
